How does the program work?
The program allows youth to work at your location for up to 200 hours. Youth will be paid bi-weekly directly by our payroll staff. You will only need to provide copy of your General Liability Insurance. Youth will be covered by the program's Workers Compensation.

Our Business Team will gather your job openings and job descriptions. Our team will then schedule one- on- one interviews where you can meet with youth prior to placement. This gives you and the youth the opportunity to decide if this is a good fit.
